Satisfaction guarantee

• A client who is not satisfied is refunded the creation fee if they ask within 14 days after their site goes live, without having to give a reason, by e-mail to contact@helaio.com.
• The refund is made by Paddle to the payment method used, within 14 days of that e-mail. It covers neither subscription periods already due nor a domain name already registered, which remains the client’s property.
• The site is then taken offline. As the fee is refunded, no archive is delivered: the site, its files and its content are deleted from Helaio’s servers within thirty days, and from backups no later than 90 days afterwards.
