The regulations we follow
In France
- Full legal notice: publisher, publication director, host and reporting address, as the French LCEN requires.
- SIRET and VAT number, or the statement “VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code”.
- Profession and titles: ADELI, RPPS or professional body number, diploma and school. A protected title without a number blocks going live.
- Outside regulated health professions, the sentence “does not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment” is written automatically.
- GDPR: you are the controller of your visitors’ data, Helaio the processor under contract (article 28). Your data is hosted in France.
- Rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection shown on the site, together with the referral to the French CNIL.
- Messages from your contact form reach you by e-mail: they are stored nowhere on our side.
- No cookies, no trackers, no analytics: no consent banner to impose on your visitors.
- Consumer mediator shown as soon as you declare one.
- Accessibility: level AA of the WCAG 2.0 guidelines, the basis of the French RGAA — keyboard navigation, contrast, image descriptions, resizable text.
In Israel
- Accessibility: the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments, 2013) and Israeli Standard 5568 at level AA.
- An accessibility statement published on the site, naming you as the accessibility contact, with its update date.
- Privacy Protection Law: the article 11 notice, rights of access and correction, referral to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
