A complete example, to adapt

My name is Sophie Vasseur, I am a certified sophrologist, based in Annecy since 2016. Before that I spent fifteen years in human resources; the stress I saw there is what brought me to sophrology. I see adults and teenagers, at my practice at 12 rue des Marquisats, or online. The most frequent reasons: stress and anxiety, sleep problems, preparing for exams and interviews, coping with chronic pain, support during pregnancy. Individual session: 60 minutes, €60. First discovery session: 75 minutes, €60. Pack of 5 sessions: €270. Group workshop on Saturday mornings (8 people at most): €25. No card payments, cheque or bank transfer. Some health plans reimburse; I provide an invoice. My approach: gentle and progressive. Each session starts with a conversation, then breathing and release exercises, and a visualisation I record for you to repeat at home. No jargon, no miracle promises: regular practice. Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9 am to 7 pm; Wednesday 9 am to 1 pm; Saturday mornings for workshops. Appointments by phone on 06 12 34 56 78 or by e-mail; I answer every message. I speak French and English. Good to know before you come: wear comfortable clothes, and arrive five minutes early, the practice is on the second floor with no lift.
